Postal Mail Management
Flippbox seeks to redefine the way consumers, their peers, and businesses communicate by morphing traditional mail delivery with web and email technology. A patent pending process allows consumers and businesses to digitally register their physical addresses within the cloud.
Once registered users simply visit our website, search for an address, and easily send all types of correspondence – ranging from a simple letter, birthday card, postcard, or invitation. Users can also choose to upload their own documents. Correspondence can simply be delivered to another Flippbox user electronically or an external email address may be used to notify the recipient of a new item. If a user chooses, we'll even produce the item on our digital presses, apply the postage, and mail it.
One's unique Flippbox address may also be used to receive electronic credit card statements and other monthly bills. Merchants have the option to send correspondence to multiple addresses, an entire zip code, or several zip codes. If mail remains unclaimed, the merchant has the option to send the item via the United States Postal Service.
Users can also choose to receive incoming postal mail at our processing center and upon receipt we’ll scan the front of the envelope and await instructions – open and scan contents, shred, return to sender or forward.
